Our client is a highly regarded and well-respected company on a mission to be the best business in the UK for wealth professionals and their clients. They are looking for a proactive Investment Administrator to support the Investment Management team with administration of client related queries. You will deliver outstanding client service through excellent communication skills and a customer orientated approach whilst consistently adhering to regulatory responsibilities.

Please note that this is a 12 month FTC role with a very attractive salary package for the right person.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of an Investment Administrator:
  • Support with the account opening and onboarding of new clients including AML and Due Diligence checks when onboarding new clients
  • Ensure all client queries are dealt with professionally at all times and that records are accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute and engage in strategic planning and continuous improvement ideas to ensure internal and external stakeholders receive exceptional support.
Required Skills and Qualifications of an Investment Administrator:
  • Previous experience in a client facing investment administration or wealth administration role is desirable.
  • Highly organised with confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office) and ability to manage projects.
  • Resilient with an ability to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks.
