Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in an Innovative Integrated Adolescent Service in Lewisham. You must have a passion for working with adolescents affected by risk outside of the home, on the edge of care, in need of emotional wellbeing support and homelessness 16/17-year-olds. You must have experience in undertaking statutory children's social work assessments and leading on plans for children requiring longer term support.
