Our client supplies bespoke Software and systems. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Help Desk Support person to join a friendly team in rural offices - therefore own transport is essential.
You will be supporting clients with a wide variety of enquiries which will include:
- Training and setting up new users
- Providing ongoing support and regular check-ups to ensure clients are happy
- Giving guidance and support and answering e-mail queries
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service, ensuring the Customer experience is second to none!
You will have the balance between customer service and IT knowledge and passion. You will be able to sort out problems looking at the root cause and show your customers you understand their needs.
