VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with a leading MDF Mouldings company to recruit Regional Sales and Brand Executives to join their talented team. This role is to cover the full island of Ireland, though the main HQ is in Antrim (frequent visits are not required apart from training).
Salary/Benefits: £33,000 - £40,000 plus bonus (quarterly profit share ~15%, customer satisfaction bonus). In addition to this, the position comes with a range of fantastic benefits, company car allowance (£350-£400 monthly) and equipment provided.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance brand awareness across various customer segments & markets.
- Manage & develop Customer Accounts with sales targets up to £30,000 annual spend.
- Engage in proactive customer service, ensuring information is accessible and responsive to customers' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and branches.
- Ensure company products are merchandised and displayed in-store to a quality standard, with all marketing collateral correctly positioned and presented to reflect the company brand's commitment to quality and excellence.
- Tailor product presentations to meet customer requirements while maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
- Assist Marketing with customer campaign engagement.
- Provide on-site customer training, sharing best practices in product storage and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with customers' external sales teams to attend joint meetings with end users, to promote the brand and showcase its product range.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
- Analyse target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.
- Work closely alongside your Regional Sales Manager to best deliver regional sales targets.
Essential Criteria:
- 3+ years in sales / customer facing B2B experience.
- Access to vehicle for travel and fairly clean licence.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience of selling through construction industry supply chain.
- Experience of merchandising products.
- Experience of sales negotiation.
