Right now, we're expanding our Bath office and taking on Customer Experience Consultants. This is a fabulous opportunity for any customer service savants who are looking to go next level, to jump into the finance sector and learn the ropes of the market through the UK's largest fee free broker. We'll guide you and give you everything you need to grow and excel, with plenty of progression opportunities available.
The Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential customers of L&C. You'll be speaking to customers on both an inbound and outbound basis, building rapport and helping them up to the point of wanting to proceed with our various services here at L&C, as well as during and at the end of their journey calling to see if we can help further.
You will be supported and trained to attain the level needed to give our customers the service we strive for. Answering enquiries and helping with the setup of cases prior to speaking to one of our advisers, you'll be the driving force in helping engage and support customers, ensuring their experience with L&C is positive and reflective of our values.
About You
At L&C we care about our customers. We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, well organised and have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ideally, you've had previous experience in a customer service focused role, administration experience is desirable but not essential. You'll need to be able to work both as part of a team and on your own, and deliver a high level of customer service. We require a minimum of 6 GCSEs or equivalent with a minimum of a C grade in Maths & English.
