Systems Engineer – Safety Cases
- Develop major safety cases, including authoring, verifying, and managing engineering change documentation.
- Conduct specialist hazard reviews, such as seismic assessments, and support probabilistic safety assessments (PSA).
- Produce formal technical reports, safety cases, and project deliverables on time and within budget.
- Implement plant modifications, including obsolescence assessments, authoring equipment specifications, reviewing design proposals, and creating design substantiation reports.
- Develop testing, commissioning strategies, and functional test procedures.
- Support plant operability by monitoring conditions, identifying faults, and conducting reliability reviews (including plant walk-downs) and maintenance strategy assessments.
- Manage projects by responding to client requests, accurately costing tasks, ensuring resource allocation, and delivering projects within budget.
- Stay updated on relevant standards, methods, data, and software usage.
