Our client is looking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their team. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality financial support and information to senior management, directors and stakeholders within the business. Ultimately driving the finance agenda, playing an integral part of the decision-making process and constantly seeking improvements to existing business processes.
As well as this, you will be responsible for full P&L analysis, providing relevant insight and formulating strategies to drive performance. Translating the numbers and providing true business partnering across the value chain, as well as transparency and analysis for accurate Group reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the production and delivery of monthly accounts and supporting papers
- Playing a key role in supporting the delivery of the Annual Audit
- Responsible for the Monthly company forecast, and liaising with the Group on matters arising
- Overhead controlling, analysis and reporting on business risks and opportunities
- Develop, streamline and enhance financial management and reporting processes
- Provide timely and accurate robust financial analysis that aids management decisions
- To play a key role in the annual budgeting process to prepare and communicate an effective plan and structure for the annual budgeting process
- Ensure internal controls and systems are effective and efficient, reviewing current systems to determine areas of continual improvement
- Billing / Cost Recognition and preparation of Contract Summary packs
- FULLY QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT (ACCA or CIMA)
- COMPETENT USER IN POWERPOINT
