On behalf of our client based outside Randalstown, we are recruiting for an Office Administrator. Due to company expansion, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the drive and ability to work for a vibrant and busy organisation. Our client is a professional sales, marketing and fulfilment company that focuses its efforts entirely in two main ways: being fully focused on the principle brands that it represents and continually striving to achieve the highest quality of service for its customers.
The role will be 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) from 9am to 5pm (21.75 hours per week); however, this could extend to full-time hours.
Job Duties Include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and dealing with them in a friendly and professional manner
- Processing orders
- Invoicing of sales lodgements
- Data input
- Upkeep of company regulation information
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience of processing orders and invoicing
- Previous customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent team player
