Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage system functionality and changes, including building custom Payroll reports, creating pay components, testing and redeploying system upgrades, and leading system-related projects and enhancements. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across a number of 11 payrolls using our external provider, ADPiHCM, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and overtime payments. Supervising the work of existing payroll team members and managing employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all payroll activities. Process payroll data, including new hires, terminations, changes in salaries or benefits, timesheets, and deductions. Review and validate timesheets, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations. Support the Payroll team and broader business by handling data and management information requests, ensuring the timely creation and provision of various reports. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, resolving discrepancies and providing clear explanations of pay and deductions. Identify areas for process improvement, system enhancements, and automation to streamline payroll operations. Prepare and reconcile payroll reports tax filings, and other payroll-related documentation as required.
