A fantastic opportunity to join a leading high end property business in Glasgow as part of their Residential Lettings team! If you enjoy a field-based role visiting properties, interacting with people and delivering a great service then this is the job for you.
Working closely alongside the Lettings team in the office your key duties will include:
- Showcasing properties to let carrying out viewings with potential tenants and providing a friendly and helpful service
- Visiting properties under management to conduct inventories, routine and ad-hoc inspections + tenancy check in and out appointments
- Carrying out property marketing – photography, assisting with adverts, floorplans and virtual tours (training provided)
- All connected office based work – managing the inspections diary, liaising tenants for access, preparing property condition reports, following up with colleagues
Candidates must have experience in property lettings/management with excellent communication skills and a high degree of initiative. It’s important you can work well independently and also alongside a team with strong organisational abilities and a service based outlook. You should have confident all round IT/admin abilities together with a full driving licence. Working knowledge of lettings regulations including HMO’s would be advantageous but training will be provided.
Full time permanent position based from Glasgow city centre, working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
