We’re working with a global financial institution who are looking for a Trade Floor Support to join their high-performing team based in the City of London. This role sits across both their banking and securities businesses, providing business-critical support to front office users on a busy and fast-paced trading floor.
The Role: You’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day trading operations, covering a wide range of systems and applications, including Bloomberg, Reuters, IPC Dealerboards, trading platforms, and Windows environments. You’ll be supporting BAU issues as well as being actively involved in a large-scale Windows 11 migration project.
This is a shift-based role covering the hours 06:30 AM to 7:00 PM – working hours will be set according to a rotating shift rota. There is a possibility of weekend work and bank holiday cover. This role is 100% onsite, and you’ll be working directly on the trade floor with traders and senior stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience supporting a trading floor or financial systems environment
- In-depth knowledge of Bloomberg, LSEG (Reuters/Refinitiv), IPC Dealerboards, Windows, Citrix, VDI, and Amulet Blade workstations
- Experience working with both Equities and FX products
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-moving environments
