We are currently looking for a Finishing Foreman to join a new build housing development in Rugby. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who can ensure the final stages of the build are completed to a high standard. You will be working closely with the site team to coordinate snagging, oversee finishing trades, and ensure homes are handed over on time and to specification.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing sites
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Eye for detail and quality
  • CSCS card

Duties will include:

  • Managing snagging lists and ensuring timely completion
  • Overseeing finishing trades (painters, joiners, etc.)
