Renowned and highly rated rosetted gastropub with rooms in South Wiltshire is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to assist their Michelin star experienced Head Chef. The establishment offers quality all fresh food with a capacity of 50 covers, set in the stunning South Wiltshire countryside, within easy commute from Salisbury, East Dorset, East Somerset, Bournemouth, and Southampton.
The successful Sous Chef will need to have good experience at 1-2 AA rosette level for 1-2 years, cooking with fresh produce in quality restaurants, gastropubs, or hotels within a midsize kitchen team.
