Our client is a long-established company with an outstanding reputation who deal predominantly in the 'top end' of the market. You will be working front of house providing a full PA and administration service to the team. To be considered you will have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with directors, managers, clients and suppliers.
To be successful you should be able to deliver under pressure and possess excellent organisational and time management skills. Being well presented and confident both in person and over the phone is essential.
- Previous PA experience within the property industry would be preferred but is not essential
- At least 2 years’ solid PA experience
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Be discreet
- Be articulate with excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
- Have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft packages
- Have the ability to provide clear and concise information at planned and ad-hoc meetings
- Full UK driving licence would be preferred
The salary on offer will be between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience and skill sets. This is a Monday to Friday role.
