Established in 2017, Greenview is a provider of mechanical and electrical installation, heating installation and servicing, property maintenance and a range of sustainable energy solutions, including domestic energy efficiency services. With around 130 employees, the company generated revenues of approx. EUR 36m in 2023. The Group is targeting significant organic and inorganic growth with an ambition to achieve 100m revenue. Greenview operates from three different offices across Belfast, Northern Ireland, and London, UK, which enable direct access to a strong customer base, including several companies in the commercial and residential public and private sector.

We are seeking to expand our service delivery team with time served Engineers that have a track record of successfully delivering planned, reactive, remedial maintenance activities and/or installation works across a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. If you do not have experience in one particular area, we are happy to work with you to upskill. The successful candidates will work across a wide range of contracts serving both public and private sector clients. The roles will be mobile and almost exclusively based within Northern Ireland; however, travel to ROI and GB may arise from time to time.

What you'll do:

  • To carry out planned, reactive and remedial maintenance and/or the installation of Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Refrigeration systems.
  • To carry out fault finding across all types of Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Refrigeration systems.
  • To ensure all works are delivered to an acceptable quality standard, safely, on time and to budget.
  • To update company management information systems and maintain accurate records for all works.
  • To attend training courses such as Health and Safety, PASMA, IPAF and Manufacturer Training.
  • To take part in mentoring and training any apprentices or trainees within the business.
  • To take part in the weekly on call rota and attend emergency call outs as necessary.
  • To be available for overtime and working away from home from time to time.
  • To represent the company in a competent and professional manner at all times.
  • Any other duties within the skillset of the individual.

What you'll bring:

  • Time served tradesman with a minimum of two years post apprenticeship experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration / Air Conditioning and/or C&G 2079 F Gas Category 1 Certificate.
  • The ability to obtain security clearances for high security premises such as SC, CTC, Enhanced Disclosure Access NI etc.
  • A neat and tidy manner both with personal presentation and delivery of work.
  • Flexible regarding travel and a clean driving licence.
