First Choice are recruiting an additional Consultant for our Ballymena Office Commercial/Industrial Division. First Choice, established in 1994, is a leading supplier of staff to both the private and public sector in the Ballymena and Mid Ulster area. The Ballymena Division supplies a range of staff including professional/commercial and industrial.

The role we are seeking to fill will be a full recruitment role and duties will include:

  • Liaising directly with clients on their recruitment and staffing requirements
  • Preparing and placing recruitment adverts on jobsites and social media
  • Screening advert responses
  • Interviewing and registering applicants to legal and company standards
  • Placing staff in suitable assignments
  • Ensuring clients are receiving a quality service for their staffing needs
  • Developing First Choice market base through marketing and sales activity
  • Visiting client companies on site
  • Taking part in job and employment events
  • Managing temporary workforce

Applicants will need to have a sales or customer service background and an ability to work to deadlines, as well as the skill set to deal at senior level with client companies.

Hours: 8.45am Monday to Friday. Own transport is essential in this role.

Salary plus quarterly bonus.
