Tier One Building Contractor in Co. Antrim wishes to appoint an Assistant Bid Writer. The successful candidate will work on the preparation of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and support Submissions Managers with other tender proposals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing web portals for PQQ/Tender opportunities;
  • Analysing PQQ/Tender for viability;
  • Creating/updating PQQ/Tender information on company IT systems;
  • Preparing written responses to PQQ/Tender questions;
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to obtain information for submissions;
  • Managing the clarification and RFI process;
  • Proof-reading colleagues' work;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for client interviews;
  • Creating/updating standard marketing information;
  • Attending site visits/events.

Qualifications

Essential Degree level qualification ideally within a construction related discipline.
