This isn't your average graduate role. As part of the Technical Team, you'll play a hands-on role in ensuring the fresh produce we grow, source, process, and package meets the highest standards in Legal, Safety, Quality, Ethical, and Sustainability benchmarks.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assessing and making decisions on product quality, seasonality, and compliance
- Managing and maintaining accurate supplier records to ensure full due diligence
- Engaging with suppliers to drive improvements in ethical, quality, and sustainability standards
- Providing clear and concise internal reporting for both customers and stakeholders
- Taking part in internal audits and customer-facing meetings
- Leading relationships with key suppliers and tracking their KPIs
- Managing customer specifications and updating relevant internal databases
- Acting as a product expert and supporting new product development
- Coordinating sample preparation and benchmarking activities
- Compiling monthly KPI reports for internal and external use
- Performing ad hoc tasks that contribute to the team's overall success
