LEVC Mtech is leading a project to introduce a range of new energy passenger vehicles tailored for the UK market. We’re looking for ambitious individuals who want to make an impact in a company committed to innovation and sustainability.
As a Regional Sales Manager, this role will manage regional dealerships and conduct competitive market analysis, providing support to the Sales Director and Head of Regional Sales in meeting regional sales targets and strengthening market presence.
Regional Dealership Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional dealerships, ensuring alignment with company sales strategies.
- Provide guidance to dealerships to improve operational efficiency and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support the implementation of customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities within the region to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Gather data on pricing, promotions, and industry trends, recommending actions to enhance market share and competitiveness.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with dealerships to ensure consistent delivery of high customer service standards.
- Assist the Sales Director and Head of Regional Sales in strategic planning, reporting, and daily operations.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and communications for senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between dealerships and internal teams, fostering effective collaboration.
- Strong background in Sales or Business Administration with excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within an automotive OEM.
- Proven track record of managing dealership relationships, achieving sales targets, and demonstrating a deep understanding of the automotive industry and dealership operations.
- Strategic thinker with strong market awareness, skilled in competitive analysis and benchmarking.
- Proficient in sales management tools, with a customer-focused, innovative, and resilient approach to achieving ambitious goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, International Business, or a related field.
- Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.
- Experience with automotive manufacturing or EVs is a bonus.
