Data Transformation Lead

You have earned your stripes by successfully creating structure and stability where it was needed. You’ve seen enough to know what to prevent issues before they happen. What You\’ll Do Lead and transform data integration based projects/ programmes and BAU across organisational boundaries Align teams, resolve blockers, and deliver real measurable value. You\’re comfortable navigating senior stakeholders, influencing across functions, and making confident decisions in fast-paced environments. Drive strategic initiatives while maintaining hands-on involvement Roll up your sleeves and dive deep into problems when needed Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple workstreams You\’re Our Ideal Candidate If You have 6+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs – strong grasp of delivery lifecycle, governance and best practices You\’re known as the \”fixer\” – the person teams call when projects need turning around – experience earned solving real challenges You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and know how to bring direction, stability and accountability You\’re proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems You have experience with data projects in Financial Services or similar industry and the ability to quickly master new technical domains What Makes You Stand Out Strong strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities (you are happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved) Natural ability to spot patterns and potential issues before they surface Experience in large-scale data integration, transformation, or separation programs Background in Financial Services or Similar Professional Services Focused on outcomes ensuring value is realised – not just delivered This role is ideal for: Mid-career professionals looking to expand their span of control Project/Program managers seeking to leverage their experience in the growing field of data transformation Diversity Statement We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
