Accountabilities:
- Perform manual testing on web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance aspects.
- Simulate real user behavior to ensure features work in real-world scenarios.
- Write and maintain detailed test cases and test plans, and document results with clear reports.
- Track, analyze, and report issues using tools like Jira, offering insights to support bug resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to enhancing testing efficiency and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
- Solid knowledge of testing across web, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Familiar with Postman, Chrome DevTools, and various test types (functional, regression, stress, API).
- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, MS SQL) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, or other test management and CI/CD tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and a passion for product quality.
