With a well established multi disciplinary legal function, supporting on matters across the business, they are looking to bolster that team with the addition of a commercial property lawyer. This will be a very diverse role which includes the reviewing, drafting and negotiation of a wide range of property related documentation (e.g. leases, tenancy agreements, deeds of surrender, licences to occupy and any other property documents, easements, large infrastructure projects).
The business is an interesting and complex one - you will work in collaboration with other experts to ensure property related projects are delivered in an efficient and timely manner, often operating at director/board level assisting and preparing correspondence in response to challenging external questions.
