Role: Business Analyst - API, Microservice, Payments
Location: Northampton, UK (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Understand business problems and bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Input into ideation, creating ideation packs and problem statements to drive alignment.
- Produce epics and user/feature stories, defining Business Objectives and forming the backlog.
- Create an effective Operational Design focused on customer outcomes and explain operational impacts.
- Participate in the design process, resolving issues and ensuring traceability.
- Quantify the impact of technology on customers and inform related business readiness activities.
- Unify stakeholder views to define business needs while aligning to regulatory standards.
- Provide best practice guidance and expertise, ensuring products are designed appropriately.
What We’re Looking For:
