As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our design and construction teams by efficiently managing processes, orders, and planning. You will ensure clear communication between customers and our Independent Connection Provider (ICP), helping to deliver projects on time and in line with agreed plans. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that equipment and plant are ordered accurately and that all projects are executed in accordance with the programme of works.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Projects Portfolio to meet the key program milestones and the requirements of the employer deliverables in line with agreed company procedures and best practice.
- Ensure the Project delivery team and individual projects are suitably resourced in line with workload and budget.
- Seek ways of optimising the resource plan in conjunction with the PM and others.
- Drive performance, actively seeking to improve and optimise delivery methods.
- Provide a professional and consistent approach for the management and execution of major projects.
- Own the Projects company procedures and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish working relationships with supply chain representatives to execute projects efficiently.
- Experience in coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring that project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet project milestones within agreed timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills ensuring clear and consistent project updates.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Project.
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Fair knowledge of CDM and NEC form contracts.
- An Electrical background or experience of working in the power sector.
