The Resourcing Team Lead manages the entire recruitment process to attract top talent, ensuring it aligns with Holland & Barrett's goals. They are also responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment operations across Technology, Wellness Solutions, and Digital. This role ensures smooth hiring processes, effective stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in talent acquisition, focusing on operational excellence and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Technology, Wellness Solutions, and Digital functions
  • Ensure a seamless and timely candidate experience from application to offer
  • Drive operational efficiency and consistency in recruitment workflows
  • Implement and optimise recruitment tools and systems (e.g. ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Maintain compliance with employment law, internal policies, and DEI best practices
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage a small team of Resourcing Business Partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering expert recruitment advice and insights
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, ideally within Technology or Digital sectors
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet recruitment targets efficiently
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
  • Ability to analyse hiring data and improve processes based on insights
  • Managing experience of a small team of recruiters is desirable
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and DEI hiring practices

This role is based in London, with requirement to travel to Nuneaton Hub. We support Flexibility by offering hybrid working - 2 days a week in office or any other H&B location when required (e.g. conference, external meeting, store visit etc.)
