NCA/FLINT/2 Join our team at Jane Lewis Healthcare as an Agency Night Care Assistant in the Flint area! Jane Lewis is a leading healthcare agency that puts people first, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and supporting those most vulnerable. As this is an agency position you would be offered night shifts in a variety of settings including nursing homes and residential services, supporting a range of individuals with varying needs. We do work with several services in the area, so there will be the opportunity to work with elderly individuals living with dementia. As an Agency Night Healthcare Assistant, we can offer you: Flexible shifts that fit around your lifestyle Pay Rate: £14.84 – £15.68 per hour (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) 24/7 support from our friendly branch team Comprehensive free training Opportunity for further development, including access to NVQ’s Weekly Pay £500 Refer a Nurse scheme* £150 guaranteed if we cannot provide you with a shift within 14 days of sign off** If you: Are over the age of 18 to apply Have the right to work in the UK without the need for sp0ns0rship Have 6 months prior experience in a UK-based healthcare setting Able to work waking night shifts Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector Can build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector Registered with Social Care Wales We want to hear from you!
