  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performance, inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Drive organic growth and play a key role in new business – from ideation and pitch strategy to proposal writing.

About you:

You’ll be a natural communicator with a proactive mindset, creative ideas, and a strong understanding of how to build and protect reputations. You’ll also bring:

  • Previous experience in corporate communications – ideally within an agency.
  • Proven ability to deliver integrated communications programmes from strategy through to execution.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK media and political landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in issues and crisis management.
  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders and managing complex or sensitive challenges.

  • A team-first attitude, with a passion for mentoring others and driving excellence.
  • An interest in innovation, particularly how AI is shaping the future of communications.

A few things we think you’ll love:

  • A friendly and inclusive team with a global reach.
  • Opportunities to work across multi-market campaigns and collaborate across our Omnicom network.
  • A clear pathway for growth, development and leadership.
  • Global mobility and secondment opportunities.
  • Flexible hybrid working with a culture that truly values work-life balance.
  • Amazing Culture Club perks – from rooftop yoga to in-house massages.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing and benefits package (including BUPA, generous parental leave, gym membership, fertility & menopause support).
