Marks Sattin are very proud to be representing an exciting and growing firm based in Skipton who are on the lookout for a Part Time Finance Manager to join their Business on an initial 12 months basis. The ideal candidate will take charge of leading the accounts team, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained, and providing valuable support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to achieve high performance while adhering to company policies.
- Oversee the preparation and management of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
- Deliver strategic financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar position.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
- Expertise in accounting software such as Sage and Sage Payroll, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
