That's why as a service we are recruiting our first ever Anti-Racist Practice Lead who will provide the children's services background, skillset and lived experience and work with leaders and managers, to support our continual development and help us to champion our global majority children and families in Norfolk. Your insight and understanding will be transformative in addressing systemic inequalities and we're looking for someone who role models tolerant and inclusive values, can support all groups equally, embracing a diverse range of perspectives and skills whatever their background.
