THE ROLE
The postholder will collaborate closely with the Head of Enterprise Applications and Data to manage, support, and enhance the University’s Banner Student Records Information System (SRIS) and related platforms that support the entire student lifecycle. This pivotal role involves working across the organisation and with key service providers. You will act as the primary technical contact for Student Systems and related platforms, overseeing the introduction and management of a new managed service. Additionally, you will be up to date and stay informed of supplier updates and development roadmaps, offering expert guidance internally to functional and technical teams, to ensure the SRIS is kept in a supported position.
ABOUT YOU
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; OR
- Equivalent relevant experience and an appropriate professional qualification.
- Extensive experience of the full lifecycle management, delivery, and support of complex database-oriented systems within a large organisation.
