Role: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Maintenance

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 - £53,000 (Basic Salary)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive Project Excellence: Support the project team by ensuring key contractual obligations and strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
  • Cost Management: Prepare and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and progress reports to maintain cost efficiency and maximise value.
  • Tender Strategies: Apply internal and external tender strategies to achieve planned profit targets.
  • Valuations & Cash Flow: Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on external valuations and optimise project cash flow.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Manage subcontract procurement, measurements, valuations, and issue contractual instructions, ensuring health and safety compliance.
  • Account Finalisation: Work closely with the Commercial Manager to finalise main and subcontract accounts.
