Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and MOT preparations (MOT tester status is a bonus).
- Provide expert advice on repair options while ensuring outstanding customer service.
- Assist in developing and refining workshop processes and operational standards.
- Work proactively to grow the business, delivering high-quality workmanship and fostering relationships within the local community.
- Operate diagnostic equipment, tools, and garage software effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
