Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Lead by example
- Ensure brand standards are maintained at all times
- Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Going above and beyond to create a positive working environment and team culture
