What will you get up to:
- To proactively establish new prospects and contact and convert them into new business.
- To respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.
- To develop and maintain existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with Group Sales Executive and reservations team.
- To carry out market research and competitor surveys where required.
- To work with the Hotel GM, Head of CEH Sales and Delivery, Sales Manager (Conference and Events), Business Development and Marketing team to compile the annual hotel sales and marketing plan.
- To work with the Hotel GM and Head of CEH Sales and Delivery and Business Development team to carry out monthly analysis on departmental sales against budget and key account management strategy.
- Attend and input into the Daily Detail meeting, Revenue meetings, Team Meeting, Sales Meeting, Commercial review and the Business Review meeting.
- Produce monthly reports for management on sales activities.
- To develop and maintain a client and prospective client database, following company standard.
