Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Engineering Foreman to join a recognised world leader in their Manufacturing facility. We are looking for a dynamic person who has a good engineering background to work in a friendly environment as part of a small team, with excellent working conditions and stable permanent employment.
The package details for the role of Engineering Foreman includes:
- Salary £35,000 depending on experience
- 8 Hour days Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
- Company pension
- 22 + 8 days Holiday
- Potential for overtime
- Discretionary company bonus
The successful applicant for the Engineering Foreman role must be able to read Engineering Drawings and work to precision tolerances; this position is a very hands-on role. Some duties include:
- Appropriate experience/qualifications
- Machining CNC milling/lather experience on medium large components is required, ideally using XYZ machine tools, although training can be offered. Other CNC interfaces will be considered.
- Organising workflow and ensuring work is completed promptly
- Helping manage daily operations, and making important decisions such as managing resources, workflows, and quality control to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards.
- Experience of fabrication/fitting would be an advantage.
The role of Engineering Foreman is commutable from Lichfield, Tamworth, Burton on Trent and Cannock surrounding areas.
