Engineering Foreman Hours and Benefits

• Salary negotiable dependant on experience and expectations
• 37.5 Hours per week, 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday
• Overtime and bonus opportunities

This position is commutable from – Burton upon Trent, Tamworth, Cannock, Walsall, Lichfield, Burntwood

Engineering Foreman Candidate Requirements

• Solid engineering background with practical, hands-on experience.
• CNC machining expertise.
• Organised, proactive, and quality focused.
• Fabrication/fitting experience is a bonus.
• Any exposure to heavy engineering / castings or foundry would be highly advantageous.

Engineering Foreman Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small engineering team and keep workflow on track.
• Read and work from engineering drawings to precision tolerances.
• Operate CNC milling and lathe machines (medium/large components – utilizing XYZ or Haas).
• Fabricate and fit components where needed.
