Head of Product - Core Insurance

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct accountability for defining and driving product vision, strategy, and execution across our core lines — delivering scalable, innovative, and profitable solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners. To be a great fit for this role you’ll have: Proven success as a product leader, including ownership of complex insurance or financial services products. Deep understanding of insurance business models, pricing strategies, and regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution in regulated, commercially sensitive environments. A track record of building high-performing, cross-functional teams and delivering complex product transformations at scale. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to use market insights and commercial data to drive prioritisation and investment. Experience in cloud platforms and double-sided marketplaces. Excellent stakeholder engagement — able to influence at C-suite and board level through strategic storytelling and insight. A collaborative and resilient leadership style, able to break down silos and build high trust, aligned teams. The passion to solve customer problems through a combination of technology, data, and operational excellence. The ability to challenge constructively with a solution focused approach.
