Estates within UWE Bristol is seeking to appoint a BIM Coordinator to support the Design and BIM Team. Estates are responsible for delivering capital investment projects and maintenance, including reactive and planned maintenance for more than 150 buildings across three campuses and large extensions of external space and sports facilities. Recording all this information and ensuring accuracy of information is a key part of the service that we deliver. This is a fantastic opportunity to work and learn in the Estates Department of a large and complex organisation.
This role is responsible for keeping building information up-to-date and relevant to estates operations and maintenance. You will be working in collaboration with other members of the team and several stakeholders across the organisation.
Are you passionate about digital advancements in the construction industry? Are you willing to make a difference within estates management at a green award-winning university? If so, and you have experience in working with Revit, managing data inputs and outputs, and an excellent attention to detail, we would love to hear from you. You will be responsible for keeping master models and a set of drawings up-to-date and uploaded in relevant UWE systems. You will work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to further understand their needs and set up roadmaps to improve the current level of information and workflows. You will also have excellent time and workload management and be capable of working on your own when needed.
