About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Leader to join our team and drive quality in the development of our Opus platform and Integrations. This is a key role in shaping the quality strategy, establishing QA efficient processes across the value stream to ensure our customers have confidence in our product. The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, stakeholders, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the overall test strategy, ensuring alignment with business and engineering goals.
- Provide leadership in all quality aspects - fostering a culture of shift-left and a test-first.
- Own both manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring effective test coverage.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate testing into the existing development lifecycle.
- Establish and track key QA metrics to measure test effectiveness and release quality.
- Drive test automation initiatives and evaluate tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and reporting in an agile environment.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Knowledge of performance, security, and API testing methodologies.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide and grow the team.
