About the Role: Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform/SQL Server-based Factory Management and Control Systems (FMS) within CHEP plants globally. Ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems while collaborating with key teams to drive operational efficiency and support the Plant of the Future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and configure AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform, InTouch, and MS SQL Server for plant FMS systems.
- Collaborate with Process Engineering to integrate mechanical, electrical, and controls systems into FMS.
- Analyze business problems, develop solutions, and implement technical improvements that add value.
- Enforce CHEP FMS standards with vendors and ensure rapid system implementations.
- Provide ongoing plant support, including troubleshooting and debugging of FMS systems.
- Manage global FMS deployments, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead or participate in remote and on-site support, including off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Maintain documentation and provide training to internal teams and vendors on FMS systems.
Demonstrated project experience developing and implementing AVEVA (Wonderware) System platform 2020. Experience using SQL Server 2017 databases, stored procedures, SQL Reporting Services, and .NET.
