We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based in Sheffield.
Location: Sheffield, remote working available, with occasional travel to the contract sites across the Midlands.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Training Coordinator, you will be working within the Severn Trent and Yorkshire Water contracts, supporting them in the maintenance and updating of training records to meet contract and legislative requirements.
Your Day To Day Will Include:
- Providing a training admin and co-ordination service to the contracts.
- Identifying and responding to customer needs and ensuring customer service is effective and meets requirements.
- Supporting the maintenance of the training matrix, ensuring information is correct and updated in a timely manner.
- Working with line managers, subject matter experts and training support managers to source appropriate L&D solutions.
- Coordinating, monitoring and recording attendance/non-attendance for all courses including toolbox talks and briefings.
