A successful global Executive Search consultancy based in Mayfair is looking for two experienced Executive Assistants with projects experience on an initial 12 month FTC. It is likely the roles will then go permanent. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years’ EA/Business Partner experience with a mix of project management and EA support at C suite level. Your experience must be from executive search. Please note that candidates who have not worked within executive search will not be considered.
Duties will include:
- EA duties including proof reading of documents, formatting and compiling reports.
- Project management, liaising with clients.
- Complex diary management.
- Arranging meetings and global travel for external clients and candidates.
- Updating a complex database.
- Formatting documents including PowerPoint presentations for clients and document packs.
