An opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinical negligence lawyer to take a key leadership role within the department. You'll bring strong technical ability in managing clinical negligence cases as well as experience in and/or an appetite to take on a leadership role and a willingness to be involved in maintaining the firm's high profile in this field of law.
Working alongside likeminded experts, with a great reputation as one of the most well-liked teams around, you'll benefit from close support from the Board and wider leadership team to make sure you have everything you need to be successful.
Whilst the work is claimant focused, the firm is open to speaking to senior figures with either a claimant or defendant background, but proven experience in managing complex clinical negligence casework is essential.
