Internal Comms Manager role in a technology focused law firm. London based with Hybrid working. Great team and culture! Salary up to £75,000.

This international law firm, with a strong focus on the technology sector, are recruiting an Internal Communications Manager, to lead their strategic comms. The role will join a large and friendly marketing team, with an excellent culture and commitment to wellbeing. The role will lead on the firm’s internal comms internationally, with the support and line management of an Internal Communications Executive and Senior Video Executive.

The Internal Communications Manager will:

  • Manage the firm’s internal comms function, including line management of 2 Executives;
  • Lead the strategy for all internal comms channels such as the Intranet, newsletters, videos and apps;
  • Work with business services teams on initiatives across HR, D&I, CSR, and IT rollouts;
  • Support senior leadership, including the CEO and chair, on leadership communication strategies;
  • Measure and report on internal comms metrics;
  • Provide comms advice and guidance to the Alumni programme.

The role would suit an experienced Internal Comms professional, from professional services. Experience of managing an internal comms strategy is essential. Line management experience is also desirable.
