Job Description
Head of Portfolio Management Office responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Portfolio Management Office.
- Ensure effective delivery of project portfolios and change initiatives.
- Monitor and manage risks and issues associated with the portfolio.
- Deliver regular reports on portfolio status to the executive team.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in portfolio management practices.
- Ensure alignment of project portfolios with business strategy.
- Lead and motivate a team of project and programme managers.
