- Drive strategic growth and customer success by taking ownership of client relationships from initial onboarding through long-term partnership development.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle, develop a deep understanding of client needs, and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to partners, representing their interests internally while negotiating and securing opportunities for account expansion.
