Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled HV Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is primarily office-based in Nursling, with potential for hybrid work once settled. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing high voltage (HV) equipment inspection and maintenance projects, ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Arrange suitable dates for inspection and maintenance of HV equipment.
- Report Generation: Verify and generate reports post-inspection and maintenance.
- Team Management: Oversee a team of 2 jointers and a technical administrator.
- Oil Store Management: Manage a 33,000-liter oil store and ensure regular maintenance.
- Financial Management: Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
- Maintenance Oversight: Perform yard audits, oversee oil transfers, and ensure equipment is ready for monthly testing.
Must-Have Skills:
- HV Equipment Knowledge: Extensive experience with HV equipment (private networks; no DNO required).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Excel and databases.
- Process Adaptability: Ability to quickly pick up and implement processes.
