The project will focus on sensitive conservation, modernising building systems, enhancing sustainability and unlocking underused spaces to expand public, civic, and creative engagement. With a large budget already secured and a comprehensive programme ahead, this is an incredible opportunity to be at the heart of a landmark restoration.

The cultural space is one that is proving to be very busy with a pipeline of some incredible projects coming through. We’d be interested in speaking to people who can demonstrate a stable career history with a strong academic record. In an ideal world, you’ll have worked in the construction consultancy space, but this isn’t crucial. We are much more interested in the personality although experience of course has to have some relevance.
