What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior and senior developers
  • Foster a collaborative culture, encouraging growth, ownership, and accountability

  • Maintain and evolve software architecture, design standards, and best practices
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps processes

What Experience Will You Have?

  • Significant software development experience
  • Significant experience in a managerial role (leading software engineering teams)
