The business manufactures, exports and services 5 continents. We are seeking a talented and experienced UK Contracts Manager to be a key player in their innovative and best in class After-Sales Team. The role of UK Contracts Manager will be responsible for the following areas:
- Generate leads through networking and leveraging existing industry relationships
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Consultative upselling to existing customers, promoting maintenance and service offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through the life cycle of a product
- Review contract renewals monthly, contacting lapsed customers in advance tendering solutions for extensions or renewal
- Prepare Service Level Agreements as either directly or indirectly relating to specific contracts or clients
- Undertake satisfaction surveys with all contract customers, review feedback and trends implementing appropriate actions
