They are situated in the end of Central Birmingham with strong transport links. Please note this role will be based on-site 2 days a week and working from home 3 days. Job Description The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for: Developing and implementing the company\’s e-commerce strategy to drive online sales Improving the online customer experience and engagement Managing and optimising the company\’s e-commerce platforms Monitoring and analysing the performance of e-commerce activities Collaborating with the digital team to develop digital marketing strategies Overseeing the processing and delivery of online orders Ensuring the e-commerce platform is secure and user-friendly Staying informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital technologies The Successful Applicant A successful E-Commerce Manager should have: A degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role Strong working knowledge of Amazon and Amazon marketplace Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics tools Solid understanding of web design and web analysis Proficiency in project management and team leadership Excellent communication and decision-making skills The ability to work from their Birmingham offices 2 days a week – Mondays and Tuesdays What\’s on Offer A competitive salary range between £50000-£55000, with slight variation based on individual skills and experience Generous holiday leave An inclusive company culture that values employee well-being Pension benefits A unique opportunity to enhance your career in the industrial and manufacturing industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
